At Beadbox, we want you to love your beads! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. 

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us. We’ll gladly offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including the cost of return shipping. Just get in touch at hello@beadbox.com.au, and we’ll make it right!

Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No problem! You can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit, as long as the products are in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are your responsibility. Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund (excluding original shipping costs).
